Legal & Privacy
This page applies to both of our websites — GluckEnterprises.com and MikeGluck.ai — since both are operated by Gluck Enterprises LLC. It sets out the intellectual-property and third-party attributions relevant to the material published on these sites, how information is handled when you visit or contact us, and our accessibility commitment.
The sections below address copyright, attribution, privacy, external links, accessibility, and legal contact. Full terms of use and governing-law provisions are not published here, and nothing on this page is intended to operate as a limitation of liability or as a contract of use.

01 — Copyright & Ownership
© 2026 Gluck Enterprises LLC. All rights reserved. The content of GluckEnterprises.com and MikeGluck.ai — including text, page structure, and the arrangement and presentation of material — is the property of Gluck Enterprises LLC or is used with permission, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property law.
Technical descriptions of vendor platforms, products, and architectures published on these sites (including Hammerspace, Secuvy, LStore, and Seagate Lyve Cloud) are provided in our role as an educational resource and/or referral partner, and describe platforms and technologies whose ownership and authorship rest with their respective companies and institutions. Nothing on these sites transfers any ownership interest in any third-party platform, product, or technology described here.
02 — Trademarks & Third-Party Attributions
Our sites reference technologies, products, vendors, and institutions belonging to others. Such names and marks are the property of their respective owners, and their use here is for identification and descriptive purposes only; it does not imply endorsement beyond any relationship expressly described on these sites. In particular:
- Hammerspace and its product names, including the Hammerspace AI Data Platform (AIDP), are marks of Hammerspace, Inc.
- Secuvy and its product names are marks of Secuvy AI, Inc.
- LStore is a distributed storage platform developed at Vanderbilt University's Advanced Computing Center for Research and Education (ACCRE); its architectural authorship and ownership rest with Vanderbilt and ACCRE. Unique Checksum LLC is referenced as an authorized commercialization and support partner for LStore.
- SourceCode and its company name are referenced descriptively in connection with infrastructure procurement.
- Seagate and Lyve Cloud / Lyve Mobile are marks of Seagate Technology, referenced descriptively in connection with data storage and cloud services.
- NVIDIA, Jensen Huang, and GTC are marks of, or references to, NVIDIA Corporation, cited descriptively in connection with publicly reported statements on agentic AI.
- OWASP and the OWASP GenAI Security Project are marks of, or references to, the OWASP Foundation, cited descriptively in connection with its published research.
- CERN, CMS, and related experiment names are references to the European Organization for Nuclear Research and its affiliated research programs, cited descriptively.
A note on how these sites were built: The positioning, experience, and content on these sites are our own. We used Claude, an AI assistant from Anthropic, to help draft, organize, and fact-check content, and GoDaddy's Airo platform to construct and publish both sites. Technical details about vendor partners referenced throughout — Hammerspace, Secuvy, LStore, SourceCode, Seagate, and others — are drawn directly from those companies' own published websites, press releases, and articles, not from proprietary or confidential sources.
03 — Informational Purpose
The material on these websites is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It describes our advisory services, the Agentic AI Security Gap, vendor architectures and case studies, and our broader enterprise IT, data storage, and revenue operations services, to help you evaluate whether a conversation with us — or an introduction to one of the specialists we work with — would be useful.
Statistics, case study outcomes, and technical claims reproduced here (such as the 48% storage cost reduction reported by Hammerspace regarding Vanderbilt's ACCRE deployment) are drawn from vendors' own published announcements and case studies as of the date cited, are subject to change, and are not guarantees of results for any other organization or deployment. Nothing on these sites is a binding offer or a commitment to deliver any particular specification, performance level, or outcome, on our behalf or on behalf of any vendor we reference.
04 — Privacy & Data Handling
How these websites are built: Both sites are built on GoDaddy's Airo platform. We do not add any custom cookies, web analytics, or tracking scripts ourselves, and neither site contains a contact form — all contact happens through direct email (mailto:) links that open your own email application. That said, GoDaddy, as our hosting provider, may set limited technical cookies or collect server-level information as part of operating its own infrastructure, independent of anything we've built. We do not have access to, and do not use, any such data for tracking or marketing. See GoDaddy's Privacy Policy for details on what their platform collects.
Typefaces: This site's typefaces (Open Sans and Lora) are loaded from Google Fonts. That request discloses your IP address and basic browser information to Google. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Contacting us: The only contact mechanisms on these sites are direct email links, which open a message in your own email application. Using them is entirely at your initiative, and anything you send arrives as ordinary email to a monitored inbox.
Information you send is not sold or traded: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise make available to any party outside our firm the information you provide when you contact us, except when you specifically request an introduction to one of our vendor partners (Hammerspace, Secuvy, Unique Checksum, or SourceCode) — in which case we share only what's needed to make that introduction, and only after you've asked us to.
Retention: We retain inquiry emails only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain a record of the conversation, after which they may be archived or deleted in the normal course of email management.
Request-submission features: Neither site currently offers the ability to submit requests through a form. Should such a feature be introduced on either site, the terms governing how your information is handled — including any consent required before it's passed to a vendor for fulfillment — will be published on this page before that feature goes live, not afterward.
Children's privacy: We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and neither site is directed toward children.
International visitors: Because these sites collect no information automatically and use no forms, there is no server-side database of visitor information to transfer internationally. If you choose to email us from outside the United States, that message is handled as ordinary correspondence, subject to the same retention practice described above, regardless of where you're located.
05 — External Links
These websites link to a small number of third-party resources — vendor press releases, case studies, research reports, and institutional websites — to support the accuracy of their descriptions. We do not control these external sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or practices. A link does not constitute an endorsement of the linked site beyond the descriptive purpose for which it is provided.
06 — Accessibility
We are committed to making both of these sites usable by as many people as possible, and are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA — the benchmark that also underlies the U.S. Section 508 and ADA Title II standards, directly relevant given how much of our audience includes Federal research institutions and their partners.
This is an ongoing effort. Conformance has not been independently verified, and a full accessibility review is planned rather than complete. Anyone who encounters a barrier to accessing either site, or who needs information in an alternative format, may write to [email protected] and the matter will be addressed.
07 — Legal Contact
Questions about intellectual-property or trademark matters, privacy and data handling, or the terms under which this material may be used, may be directed to [email protected]. General inquiries are best routed through each site's own contact links.
